Pair of early French engraved single-branch Girandoles:
the glass made up of arranged bevelled pieces with undulating edges; engraved on reverse with birds, fish in a bowl, drapery and curving leaves; with dark-bronzed swivel candle-branch. Circa 1820-1840; paper lining dated from a restoration in 1857, also restored by ourselves. (One lower pane cracked).
