French ‘Palais Royal’ gilt and glass Jewel Casket:
the six bevelled glass rectangular side panels and hexagonal lid set into a gilded metal mount with three decorative feet; the interior with traditional lining of turquoise padded silk. Restored.

Small, French, gilded metal trinkets, some with Parisian scenes, many with mother-of-pearl insets. For instance, a gilded goat pulling a mother-of-pearl cart.
