the four fringe shades dressed with cut glass victorian prisms and long ‘icicle’ pendants; the gilt frame in the form of three arrows tied with ribbons; with a leaf and bud finial; the ceiling plate with concentric leaf motif.
Circa 1900, restored and rewired.
