with black and white view of sailing ships with inscription ‘A West View of the CAST IRONBRIDGE over the River Wear Sunderland Built by R. Burdon Esq. M.P. Begun Sepr 24th 1793 Open’d Augt 1796 Span 236 feet Height 100 feet.’
